How do I disconnect Facebook from my account?

  1. Log in to your Facebook account
  2. Click on “Settings and Privacy” under your account
  3. Click on “Settings”
  4. Scroll the section until you find “Business Integrations”
  5. If you are connected to Muzooka through Facebook, you will be presented with a list showing Muzooka as a Business Integration with your Facebook account.
  6. Uncheck all items relating to Muzooka to end your Business Integration with Muzooka on Facebook
  7. Send a message to Muzooka Customer Support by Messenger chat or email (team@muzooka.com) and let us know that you have successfully completed the steps above on your Facebook profile to end the Business Integration between Muzooka and Facebook. Our developer team will then update your account permissions once we receive that message.
